Contractor websites that work as hard as you do.
Most contractor websites are digital brochures. Mine are lead generation machines - fast, mobile-first, and built to convert visitors into booked jobs.

A contractor website has one job: turn visitors into leads. That means loading in under 2 seconds on mobile, making your services and service area unmistakable, showing proof of your work, and putting a quote form or click-to-call within reach on every page. Design matters, but conversion is the goal - a site that looks great and never rings your phone is an expensive business card.
Your Website Isn't Working
If your website looks like it was built in 2016, loads slowly on mobile, or doesn’t have a clear path from visitor to lead - it’s costing you money every single day.
Most contractors have websites that were thrown together by a friend, a cheap freelancer, or a DIY builder. They look okay, but they don’t convert. No clear calls to action. No speed optimization. No strategy behind the layout.
Websites Built to Generate Leads
The Anatomy of a Site That Books Jobs
Picture the person actually visiting your website: a homeowner on her phone, comparing three contractors her neighbor mentioned, deciding who gets a call. She’ll give each site about five seconds. In those five seconds your site has to answer three questions - do they do what I need, do they work where I live, and do they look legitimate?
That’s why my builds lead with the service and the service area in plain language, back it up with real photos of real jobs and real reviews, and put a quote form and a tap-to-call button within a thumb’s reach on every page. No "welcome to our website" filler. No mystery navigation. The whole layout is a path from "I found you" to "I contacted you."
Underneath the design is the part you can’t see: clean page structure, schema markup, fast hosting, and internal links - the technical foundation Google reads when deciding whether your site deserves to rank. A site built this way starts working for SEO on day one instead of needing to be fixed later.
A Website Is the Hub, Not the Whole System
Your website is where every other marketing channel cashes out. Rankings from local SEO send searchers there. Your Google Business Profile links to it. Paid clicks from Google Adsland on its pages. If the site doesn't convert, every one of those channels underperforms at once - which is why I refuse to run marketing into a site that leaks.
And when the site does its job, the leads flow into the CRM included with every plan, where AI automations respond within minutes and follow up until the job books. The documented EarthWorx build started as 18 pages and grew to 135 pages with a pricing calculator that doubles as a lead magnet - because a contractor website should keep compounding, not sit frozen the day it launches.

Website Questions Contractors Ask Me
What makes a good contractor website?
Three things: it loads fast on a phone, it makes obvious what you do and where you do it, and it gives visitors a dead-simple way to contact you from every page. Everything else - design flourishes, sliders, stock photos of guys in hard hats - is secondary. A good contractor site is a lead machine first and a brochure second.
How much does a contractor website cost?
With Brandloc, the website is included in your monthly plan - plans run $497 to $1,997/month, month-to-month, covering the site plus the SEO, GBP, and CRM system around it. You’re not buying a one-time website that goes stale; you’re getting a site that’s continuously improved as part of a lead generation system.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
Not necessarily. I’ll audit what you have first - if the bones are good, I optimize it. If it’s genuinely holding you back, a full rebuild is included in your plan at no extra cost. I rebuild from the ground up so the site functions at the best possible level, rather than patching something that was broken from day one.
How long does it take to build?
Most sites launch within the first weeks of an engagement - my first client’s site was live in week one and generated its first booked job by week three. Launch is the starting line, not the finish: pages, content, and service-area coverage keep expanding every month after.
Why does site speed matter for a contractor?
Over 70% of your visitors are on a phone, often on a job site or in a truck with a weak signal. If your site takes 8 seconds to load, they’re gone before they ever see your work. Speed is also a Google ranking factor. My builds target under 2 seconds on mobile - fast enough that nobody ever thinks about it.
Do you write the content, or do I have to?
I write it. You know your trade; I know how to translate that into pages that rank and convert. You’ll review everything for accuracy - real services, real pricing philosophy, real photos of your work whenever possible - but you’ll never be stuck staring at a blank page.
Will my website actually generate leads, or just look nice?
Generating leads is the whole point. Every page is built around a conversion path - clear calls to action, quote forms, click-to-call, trust signals - and wired into tracking so you can see exactly which pages produce leads. Projects I’ve built have lifted form submissions 60%+ within 60 days of relaunch.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, your content, your site. Everything at Brandloc is month-to-month with no long-term contract - I keep your business by delivering results, not by holding your website hostage.
