For over 10 years, I was the marketing team for a foundation repair company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Not an outside consultant. Not a freelancer on retainer. I was in the building, every day, figuring out how to generate leads that turned into booked jobs.
I built the website. Ran the ads. Managed the Google Business Profile. Wrote the content. Handled the SEO. Built the automations. And when something didn't work, I couldn't hand it off — I had to fix it.
Along the way, I started 3 businesses from scratch, applying the same systems I'd built. Every one of them grew through the same playbook: show up in local search, build a site that converts, follow up fast, and never stop testing.
